Birth Parent Services does not charge birth parents for its services, whether they decide to create and adoption plan or not.

The state of Minnesota pays all adoption costs for the Minnesota’s Waiting Children program, but families may incur some costs if they choose the Interstate Special Needs program, or a combination of both programs.
